Love the staff and it’s probably one of the best restaurants in playa if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary ....I highly recommend the jerk pork ribs and I don’t even eat pork ... but I do if it’s at mamba... the mamba salad is really expensive feeling and they have managed to take a simple dish like Mac and cheese and make it outstanding to where I have ordered it 3x now , it’s not cheap but it is worth it so splurge and order a few dishes from here that you wouldn’t normally order from somewhere else.... Also most of the negative reviews are about problems regarding pricing for alcohol or hookah ... i will say I have drank and smoked hookah here and did not notice any big discrepancies with the check. It would not bother me if the bill was slightly more expensive than originally thought because like I said this is not your average dining experience in playa . Take that however you will
Came here on a Friday night, got a table right away, and unlike most places there was no cover charge and no minimum! The server Emilio was on top of it, he took care of us from the moment we got in to the moment we left. The atmosphere is super vibes here, great music and everyone was dancing and having a great time. The prices were pretty reasonable for a spot like this, I would def recommend this to others. Emilio took great care of us, we had drinks and hookah. The flavor he recommended was delicious and the service was amazing. I highly recommend this place with great ambiance and right on 5th ave with a great view! We will be back thank you Emilio

This place is wonderful. It cater's to the black audience. They play music only from black artists from the 70s and 80s. The hookah was great, it was full of flavorful voluminous smoke. I really enjoyed my time here

Mamba jerk cuisine was nice find just off of 5th Ave with a good music and a great atmosphere. My wife really enjoyed the burger, it was on a toasted sweet roll bread that was to die for. I had the jerk chicken, it was a little spicy for my taste, and a little overcooked. The drinks were very good, especially the coffee martini, yummmm!!!. The prices are a little on the higher side, but if you like a good comfortable drink with friends, this is a really nice place to go. Enjoy!!!
Miguel was fantastic! Hooka was great (try the peach) and so were drinks. So fun a great time in playa! Amazing dancers
